Matura 2022. Graduates of secondary schools after the exam in mathematics – Warsaw and Mazovia – the latest news in the DRC

This year’s high school graduates after the second compulsory examination. Today, more than 46 thousand. Mazovia secondary school graduates took a math test. In all of Poland, it’s 290 thousand. people.

While yesterday’s review could predict which reading will appear, today – the full gamut of issues was possible. Graduates of math classes were not afraid.

Humanists have more stress, as they themselves admitted. They relied on easy tasks.

The exam always consists of a closed test and open tasks. Literally anything can appear in it, which is why high school graduates had to learn the whole subject comprehensively.

Some of them solved tasks on their own, others – decided to take private lessons.

Across the country, nearly 290,000 baccalaureate and high school students this year, as well as 105,000 people who failed in previous years and those who want to improve their results, pass their baccalaureate. 41 Ukrainian citizens who arrived in Poland after the outbreak of the war will also take the exam.

The exam started at 9:00 a.m. punctually and lasted 170 minutes.

Those who currently pass their high school leaving exam are the final year of the three-year high school and the final year of the high school diploma.

Today also the baccalaureate in music history. This exam will start at 2:00 p.m.

The secondary school graduate – as in previous years – must pass three compulsory written exams at the basic level: in Polish, mathematics and modern foreign language. Graduates of schools or classes in which the language of instruction is that of the national minorities must always pass a compulsory written examination in the mother tongue at primary level.

An exam

All secondary school graduates must also pass a written examination at the extended level (in the case of a modern foreign language at the extended or bilingual level), i.e. the so-called of a complementary subject or your choice. Volunteers can take a maximum of six exams at the advanced level.

For the first time in 2022, 4-year technical secondary school graduates and senior industrial school graduates graduated from junior industrial school as junior high school graduates are not required to pass an examination in a subject at the advanced level, if he fulfills all the conditions necessary for obtaining a diploma attesting to professional qualifications or a professional certificate in the profession taught at technician level.

According to the CKE, 2.6%. This year’s graduates will not take a single examination in an additional subject – these are the people who have submitted resignation letters to sit for the matriculation examination in an additional subject, as per the school’s graduate regulations technical secondary and industrial schools in force from this year.

Declarations of a desire to pass an exam in an additional subject were made by 37.9%. This year’s graduates from high schools, technical schools and industrial schools. Two exams – according to the statements – must be passed by 29.5%, three exams – 24.3%, four exams – 5.1%, five exams – 0.5%, six exams – 0.1%.

The subjects to choose from are: biology, chemistry, philosophy, physics, geography, history, history of art, history of music, computer science, Latin and ancient culture, knowledge of society, languages ​​of national and ethnic minorities, regional language , as well as mathematics, the Polish language and modern foreign languages. Exams in the subject of your choice are taken at the advanced level. Therefore, this group also includes subjects that are compulsory at the basic level.

Top Maths and English

This year, the most common subject chosen by this year’s graduates at the advanced level is the English language, which was reported by 192,700 students. graduates this year, 66.6% Mathematics is in second place – 77.5 thousand want to pass it. graduates, i.e. 26.8%.

Geography took third place in this year’s graduate elections – 65.3 thousand people want to ask it. people, or 22.6%, and in the fourth – Polish – 63.8 thousand want to pass it. people, or 22.1%.

The next places are: biology, which 46.8 thousand want to pass. graduates of this year (16.2%), chemistry – 25.4 thousand. (8.8%), history – 20.4 thousand (7.1%), physics – 19.7 thousand. (6.8%), knowledge about society – 18.2 thousand. (6.4%), IT – 9.8 thousand. (3.4%), German – 5.5 thousand. (1.9%), art history – 3.7 thousand. (1.3%).

The remaining subjects were chosen by less than a thousand applicants.

Just like last year and two years ago, graduates do not have to take two oral exams – compulsory in previous years – in Polish and in a foreign language. They will be carried out only for candidates who must present the result obtained in the oral examination in the recruitment procedure for a foreign university.
